If you have received the wrong product from us, you simply return the product and order the correct one.
How can I return products?
To submit products for return, you must log in. If you do not have an account, you can create one with the email address used for the purchase. Your order will be linked automatically.
- Navigate to Order History within My Pages
- Select the order with the products you would like to return
- Click on Return Products
What happens after the return is submitted?
- Pack the products to be returned into the original packaging, following the criteria for returned items.
- Stick the return shipping label, included with your order, on the outside of the packaging.
- Take it to your nearest post office for dropoff. When delivering the package for return, make sure you receive and retain the receipt from the shipping provider.
What happens next?
A refund will be delivered when your returned products are checked and approved at our warehouse.
